In foreign countries, deburring is generally done twice in a row. In the automatic production line of film punching, two deburring machines are connected in-line. The deburring machine has a roller grinding wheel type and an abrasive belt type deburring machine. The main features of the latter are: fast rotation speed, up to 10~35m/min, easy and quick replacement of the abrasive belt, and can adapt to various shapes and thicknesses of punching. It is said that the deburring quality of the abrasive belt is better than that of the roller grinding wheel. The abrasive belt is applied on a high-speed rotating rubber belt with helical grooves, and the grooves prevent the abrasive belt from being contaminated. The pressure of the abrasive belt is controlled by compressed air to maintain a constant pressure, and it will automatically stop when the abrasive belt is damaged or other failures occur.
