A direct laser interference pattern processor is a device that utilizes laser interference effects for micro and nano scale pattern processing. It generates high frequency light intensity modulation patterns through laser interference, and is used for Surface finish, microstructure preparation, functional processing and other applications. The working principle of a direct laser interference pattern processor is based on the laser interference effect. It usually uses at least two laser beams for interference, one of which is the reference beam, and the other is interfered with the reference beam after phase modulation or wavefront modulation. The distribution of light intensity generated by interference forms specific patterns that can be transferred to the material surface for processing.
