InP epitaxial structures are essential for manufacturing devices such as laser diodes, photodetectors, and high-frequency transistors, offering superior performance in terms of efficiency, speed, and reliability. Its application is crucial in industries like telecommunications, data centers, and sensing technologies, where InP enables the development of cutting-edge photonic and electronic systems.
