The core is a rubber phase with a diameter of 10-100nm. Because methyl methacrylate and PVC have similar solubility parameters, it acts as an interface bonding agent between PVC resin and rubber. Add 5%-10 to PVC and PVC phase. % MBS resin can increase the impact strength of the product by 4-15 times, and at the same time improve the weather resistance and processing fluidity of the product.
