The suction foot valve is a valve device used in pump systems, usually installed at the suction inlet of the pump. Its function is to prevent the water in the pipeline from flowing back to the water source after the pump stops running, in order to maintain negative pressure in the pipeline, so that the pump can quickly suck water when restarting. Suction foot valves are usually designed in a special shape that can be opened to allow water to flow into the pump when the pump is running and closed to prevent water from flowing back when the pump is stopped. These valves are usually made from materials such as rubber or plastic to ensure sealing performance and durability. Suction foot valves are widely used in pumping systems in domestic, industrial and agricultural applications.
