Indium trichloride (InCl3) is a white, odorless, highly soluble powder. Its particles are in the form of flakes or disks, highly soluble in water and inorganic acids. Indium trichloride can be used to prepare other inorganic and organic indium compounds, such as TMI (trimethylindium). TMI is the most widely used precursor metal organic compound, mainly used for the production of indium containing composite metal compounds. Indium trichloride is also used as an additive in alkaline batteries, which can reduce gas emissions and improve battery efficiency under load. Indium Tai provides anhydrous powder products of indium trichloride and saturated solution products. Indium trichloride has a wide range of applications and is a necessary material for various industries, including the manufacturing of LEDs, lighting, and semiconductor components.
