Injection molding machine (referred to as injection machine or injection molding machine) is the use of plastic molding mold thermoplastic or thermosetting material into various shapes of plastic products of the main molding equipment. The working principle of injection molding machine is similar to the syringe used for injection. It is with the help of the screw (or plunger) of the thrust, the plastic has been plasticized good melting state (i.e. viscous flow state) injected into the closed cavity of the mold, and the process of the product is obtained after solidification.
Injection molding is a cyclic process, each cycle mainly includes: quantitative feeding -- melt plasticizing -- pressure injection -- mold filling and cooling -- mold opening and taking parts.
