Chemiluminescence labeling immunoassay, also known as chemiluminescence immunoassay (CL IA), is an immunoassay method that directly labels antigens or antibodies with chemiluminescence agents. The chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer contains two parts, namely the immune response system and the chemiluminescence analysis system. The chemiluminescence analysis system uses a chemiluminescent substance to catalyze and oxidize an oxidant to form an excited state intermediate. When this excited state intermediate returns to a stable ground state, it simultaneously emits photons (hM). Signal measuring instruments measure light quantum yield. The immune response system is to directly label a luminescent substance (produce an excited state intermediate under the excitation of a reactant) on an antigen (chemiluminescence immunoassay) or antibody (immunochemiluminescence analysis), or an enzyme acts on a luminescent substrate.
