Step Five: Faxed us your payment remittance and we will send you the report when the payment arrived, if you also select hard copy, we will ship hardcopy to you in 24 hours（via DHL or FedEx）

Step Six: Aftersale service center will share you 2 hours Q&A about the report（15 days is available ）
