Wind Equipment:
stop approved new turbine projects,forbid biddings require local wind equipment investments,build wind equipment standard product testing and certification system, prohibit low end or not approved products enter market,support off store technology R&D,support 2.5MW or more large power wind turbine bearing control system etc key components development,breed large and strong wind equipment companies and become global leading wind equipment companies.
