Mar 26 2009，Ministry of Finance People's Republic of China published "Solar PV Buildings Subsidy Policy"，in this policy, China government will offer subsidy of PV buildings，its subsidy about 20RMB/W. at the same day of this policy, China several PV companies stock prices were sharply increase and greatly increase many solar companies confidence.
related key policies:

1.single pv project should not less than 50kWp;
2.monocrystal solar cell efficiency should more than 16% multicrystal solar cell efficiency shold more than 14% and non-Si solar cell should more than 6%
3.BIPV first
4.grid-on project first
5.schools hospitals government buildings etc public building first.

about "1" we can see, the subsidy will not offer to roof PV project
about "2" many UMG Silicon solar cell or module can not reach its efficiency require can not enjoy the subsidy
about "3" almost say their subsidy will offer to BIPV which more than 500square meters and ground PV station is not first support project and will lost subsidy when compare to BIPV.
